Tell us what you want, we buy it from the UK retailer on your behalf and ship it to your door anywhere in the world. No UK card needed. No UK address needed. Upfront pricing with no hidden fees.

How It Works

Submit your request — log in to your Send2Hub account, navigate to the Shop & Ship tab and fill in the request form with the item URL, size, colour and quantity. The form calculates the service fee automatically.

We purchase and receive — once you confirm and pay, we purchase the item from the UK retailer. It arrives at our Stoke-on-Trent warehouse where it is photographed and registered to your account the same day.

We ship to you — choose your carrier and destination. Hold your item in free temporary storage and consolidate with other purchases to save on shipping costs. Use our shipping calculator to compare rates before committing.

Service Fee and Conditions

A service fee of 3% of the item purchase price plus a £5.00 flat fee applies to all personal shopper orders. The fee is calculated automatically in the request form — no surprises. International shipping is charged separately based on actual weight and dimensions. The service fee is non-refundable. If we are unable to complete your purchase, the item cost will be refunded in full.

UK retailers and UK-fulfilled goods only. We purchase exclusively from UK-registered retailers where goods are stocked and dispatched from within the United Kingdom. We do not purchase from overseas sellers or goods fulfilled from outside the UK.

Which UK retailers can you buy from?

We can purchase from virtually any UK-registered online retailer — provided the goods are stocked and dispatched from within the UK. If you are unsure whether a specific retailer qualifies, contact us before placing your request.

How long is storage included?

Free storage is included with every plan: 30 days on Individual, 45 days on Business and 60 days on Premium. You can consolidate multiple purchases into a single shipment during your storage period to save on international shipping. See our pricing page for full plan details.

Is the service fee refundable if the item is out of stock?

The service fee is non-refundable. If we are unable to complete your purchase because an item is unavailable, the item cost will be refunded in full — but the service fee is retained. We recommend submitting your request and completing payment promptly for high-demand items.
