Our Story

Purpless Ltd was established in Stoke-on-Trent in 2012, building expertise in ecommerce and logistics over several years before launching the Send2Hub platform in 2018. The vision behind Send2Hub was straightforward: build a parcel forwarding service that is fully automated, completely transparent and genuinely useful — one that gives customers real visibility of every item in their account rather than a black box where parcels disappear until they arrive at the door.

Six carrier options mean you always have a choice between speed and cost — with live rate comparison built directly into your account dashboard so you can see exactly what each option costs for your specific shipment before you commit.

Free Plans — No Monthly Fees

Both the Individual and Business plans are completely free — no monthly subscription, no minimum spend, no setup fee. You pay only for the outbound shipping when you are ready to send. A Premium plan at £20 per month is available for customers who want extended free storage, priority handling and enhanced shipping discounts of up to 50%.

Returns Management for UK and International Businesses

Send2Hub provides a professional UK returns address and returns management service for businesses selling on Amazon UK, eBay UK and other UK marketplaces — whether those businesses are based in the UK or overseas. Every return is received, photographed, inspected and registered to the client's account the same day it arrives. Returns can be held in free temporary storage and consolidated before international re-shipping — significantly reducing the cost of managing returns from a UK marketplace operation.
