Full compliance framework included — all white label partners operate under Send2Hub's full compliance framework. This includes HMRC-aligned eligibility requirements for domestic UK delivery services, restrictions on accepted goods and territories, and customer verification requirements. Domestic UK delivery to end-customers is available only to verified UK-registered businesses. International customers may use the platform for returns handling, consolidation and international re-shipping only. Full compliance terms are provided as part of the white label licence agreement and must be accepted before the platform goes live.
