Restrictions Summary
UK-only inbound: We only accept parcels dispatched from within the United Kingdom. No overseas suppliers, no international marketplaces.
Prohibited items (cannot be accepted): standalone batteries, power banks, perfumes, fragrances, aerosols, SIM cards, weapons, flammable liquids, narcotics, prescription medicines, nicotine products, perishable food, counterfeit goods, official documents.
Restricted items (accepted but not covered against loss or damage): devices with batteries (laptops, phones, tablets), jewellery, watches, glassware, ceramics, antiques, televisions, automotive lighting. Arrange independent transit insurance for high-value items.
What happens if a prohibited item arrives: We notify you immediately. You arrange return to the UK sender at your cost. If return is not possible, the item may be discarded. Unlawful items will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
