How Shop & Ship Works
Step 1 — Tell us what you want
Log into your Send2Hub account and submit a purchase request. Provide the URL of the item, the size, colour or any other specifications, and the quantity. If you need help finding a specific product from a UK retailer, our team can assist.
Step 2 — We purchase on your behalf
Once you confirm the order and make payment, our team purchases the item from the UK retailer using our UK payment method. The item is delivered directly to our secure warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent. A 3% service fee plus £5 flat fee applies on top of the item price — this covers the purchasing, handling and processing of your order.
Step 3 — We photograph, weigh and measure on arrival
When your item arrives at our warehouse, our automated system photographs it, records its exact weight and dimensions, and registers everything in your account dashboard. You can see exactly what arrived and in what condition before we ship it to you.
Step 4 — We ship to your door worldwide
Choose your preferred carrier and confirm your delivery address. We handle customs documentation and dispatch your item via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, DHL, FedEx or DPD. Use our shipping calculator to estimate delivery costs before placing your request.
When Do You Need Shop & Ship?
Your international card is not accepted. Many UK retailers only accept cards with a UK billing address. If your card is declined at checkout, our team purchases the item for you using our UK payment method.
The retailer doesn't ship internationally. Some UK stores only deliver within the UK. We receive the item at our UK warehouse and forward it to you anywhere in the world.
You need a UK billing address at checkout. Some retailers require a UK billing address to complete a purchase. Our team handles this on your behalf so you never miss out.

Shop & Ship Pricing
Our Shop & Ship service fee is 3% of the item purchase price plus £5.00 flat fee. This covers the purchasing, handling and processing of your order. Outbound international shipping is charged separately based on weight, dimensions and destination — use our shipping calculator for an instant estimate. If for any reason we are unable to complete your purchase after receiving payment, a full refund will be issued minus a £7.00 processing fee.

What is the Shop & Ship service?
Shop & Ship is a personal shopping assistance service where Send2Hub purchases items from UK retailers on your behalf. It's designed for customers whose international payment cards are not accepted on UK websites, or who want to buy from UK stores that don't ship internationally. We buy the item, receive it at our UK warehouse, and forward it to your address worldwide.
How much does the Shop & Ship service cost?
A service fee of 3% of the item purchase plus £5.00 flat fee price applies. International shipping is charged separately based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your parcel. There are no hidden fees — all costs are confirmed before you proceed with your order.
Can you buy from any UK retailer?
We can purchase from virtually any UK online retailer — from major department stores and fashion brands to niche boutiques and independent sellers. If you're unsure whether we can help with a specific retailer, contact us via send2hub.com/contact-us before placing your request.
What if the item is out of stock or unavailable?
If we cannot complete your purchase because an item is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund. If payment has already been processed and we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason, a refund will be issued minus a £7.00 processing fee.
How long does Shop & Ship take?
Once you submit your request and make payment, our team typically processes the purchase within 1 business day. Delivery to our warehouse then depends on the retailer's shipping time — usually 1 to 5 business days within the UK. Once received, international shipping times vary by destination and carrier.
Can I consolidate multiple Shop & Ship purchases into one shipment?
Yes. If you place multiple requests, all items will be held at our warehouse and can be consolidated into a single outbound shipment. This significantly reduces your international shipping costs. Step 1: Registration.
To use our shop and ship service, the first step is to register an account on our website. This only takes a minute, and you'll only need to provide some basic information such as your name, email address, and orgin country. Once you're registered, you'll recieve your unique UK mailing address. Also you'll be able to access the shop and ship order form and start shopping from UK retailers that don't ship to your country.
Step 2: Provide Merchant Information.
Send2hub order form requires information about the merchant you're purchasing from. Please provide us with the merchant's name, product name, product URL, quantity, colour, price, and if needed you can also provide your additional coments. This will help us to identify the item(s) you wish to purchase and ensure that we have all the necessary information to place your order.
Step 3: Agree to Terms and Conditions.
In the final you'll need to agree to our small fees calculated on the basis of your order and terms and conditions. Please read through these carefully before agreeing.
Once you have completed the order form, submit it and we'll take care of the rest! We'll process your order, purchase your item(s), and message you once your goods arrived at Send2hub.
After item arrives at our UK warehouse, you’ll be able to choose how you want it shipped to your address. You can customize packaging, add insurance, or select express delivery – all based on your preferences. There will be the shipping charge to your home destination.
