We purchase items from any UK retailer on your behalf and forward them directly to your door, wherever you are in the world. No UK card needed. No UK address needed. Just tell us what you want and we will take care of the rest.

How Shop & Ship Works
Step 1 — Tell us what you want — log in to your Send2Hub account, navigate to the Shop & Ship tab and complete the online request form. Provide the URL of the item, the size, colour or any other specifications, and the quantity. The form automatically calculates the service fee based on your order value.
Step 2 — We purchase on your behalf — once you confirm the order and make payment, our team purchases the item from the UK retailer using our UK payment method. The item is delivered directly to our secure warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent. A service fee of 3% plus a £5.00 flat fee applies on top of the item price.
Step 3 — We photograph, weigh and measure on arrival — when your item arrives at our warehouse, our automated system photographs it, records its exact weight and dimensions, and registers everything in your account dashboard. You can see exactly what arrived and in what condition before we ship it to you.
Step 4 — We ship to your door worldwide — choose your preferred carrier and confirm your delivery address. We handle customs documentation and dispatch your item via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, DHL, FedEx or DPD. Use our shipping calculator to estimate delivery costs before placing your request.
Important — UK Retailers and UK-Fulfilled Goods Only
UK retailers only — we purchase exclusively from retailers that are UK-registered businesses. We do not purchase from overseas sellers, international marketplaces or third-party sellers based outside the UK, even if they sell on UK platforms.
Fulfilled from UK only — the item must be stocked and dispatched from within the United Kingdom. Please confirm before submitting your request that the retailer ships from a UK location. We cannot process orders where goods are dispatched from outside the UK.
No overseas shipments accepted — all goods must be delivered by the retailer to our UK warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent. We do not accept goods arriving from outside the United Kingdom under any circumstances.
When Do You Need Shop & Ship
Your international card is not accepted — many UK retailers only accept cards with a UK billing address. If your card is declined at checkout, our team purchases the item for you.
The retailer does not ship internationally — some UK stores only deliver within the UK. We receive the item at our UK warehouse and forward it to you anywhere in the world.
You need a UK billing address at checkout — some retailers require a UK billing address to complete a purchase. Our team handles this on your behalf so you never miss out.
You want exclusive UK products — limited edition releases, UK-only brands, regional promotions and products unavailable in your country — Shop & Ship gives you access to the full range of UK retail.

Shop & Ship Pricing
Our Shop & Ship service fee is 3% of the item purchase price plus a £5.00 flat fee. This covers purchasing, handling and processing of your order. The fee is calculated automatically in the order form — no manual calculations required. Outbound international shipping is charged separately based on the actual weight, dimensions and destination of your parcel. Use our shipping calculator for an instant estimate. If for any reason we are unable to complete your purchase after receiving payment, the item cost will be refunded in full. The Shop & Ship service fee is non-refundable.

What is the Shop & Ship service?
Shop & Ship is a personal shopping assistance service where Send2Hub purchases items from UK retailers on your behalf. It is designed for customers whose international payment cards are not accepted on UK websites, or who want to buy from UK stores that do not ship internationally. We buy the item, receive it at our UK warehouse and forward it to your address worldwide.
How much does the Shop & Ship service cost?
A service fee of 3% of the item purchase price plus a £5.00 flat fee applies. International shipping is charged separately based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your parcel. There are no hidden fees — all costs are confirmed before you proceed with your order.
Can you buy from any UK retailer?
We can purchase from virtually any UK online retailer — from major department stores and fashion brands to niche boutiques and independent sellers — provided the goods are stocked and dispatched from within the UK. If you are unsure whether we can help with a specific retailer, contact us before placing your request.
What if the item is out of stock or unavailable?
If we cannot complete your purchase because an item is out of stock, discontinued or unavailable, we will notify you immediately. If payment has already been processed and we are unable to fulfil the order, the item cost will be refunded in full. The Shop & Ship service fee is non-refundable.
How long does Shop & Ship take?
Once you submit your request and make payment, our team typically processes the purchase within 1 business day. Delivery to our warehouse then depends on the retailer's shipping time — usually 1 to 5 business days within the UK. Once received, international shipping times vary by destination and carrier.
Can I consolidate multiple Shop & Ship purchases into one shipment?
Yes. All items are held at our warehouse and can be consolidated into a single outbound shipment — significantly reducing your international shipping costs.
