Payment Options — How to Pay for Your Send2Hub Shipments
Send2Hub accepts payment in GBP (British Pounds) via three methods — Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely. Stripe and PayPal payments are completed on the respective provider's own secure platform, outside of the Send2Hub website. Bank transfer is free of any additional charge and has no minimum payment amount.
Accepted Payment Methods
Stripe — Card Payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Stripe is our primary card payment provider. When you pay via Stripe, you are redirected to Stripe's own secure payment page — your card details are entered directly on Stripe's platform and are never stored by Send2Hub. Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards supported by their platform, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available when paying via Stripe — simply select your preferred method at the Stripe checkout.
Please note: Stripe payments include an additional processing fee. This fee is displayed clearly before you confirm payment.
PayPal
PayPal is available as an alternative card and wallet payment method. When you pay via PayPal, you are redirected to PayPal's own secure platform to complete your payment. You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account or any card accepted by PayPal. PayPal accepts all major debit and credit cards supported by their platform.
Please note: PayPal payments include an additional processing fee. This fee is displayed clearly before you confirm payment.
Bank Transfer — Free, No Minimum
Bank transfer is the most cost-effective way to pay for your Send2Hub shipments — there are no additional processing fees and no minimum payment amount. You can use bank transfer for any payment regardless of size, from a single small shipment to a large consolidated order. Bank transfer details are provided within your Send2Hub account at the point of payment. Please ensure you include your Customer ID as the payment reference so your payment is matched to your account without delay.

Frequently Asked Questions
What currency does Send2Hub accept?
All Send2Hub payments are made in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). If your bank account or card is in a different currency, your card provider or PayPal will apply their own currency conversion rate at the time of payment.
Why is bank transfer free when Stripe and PayPal have a fee?
Stripe and PayPal charge us a processing fee for every transaction they handle — which we pass on transparently rather than absorbing into our base prices. Bank transfers do not involve a third-party processor, so there is no additional fee to pass on. If you would like to avoid the processing fee, bank transfer is the straightforward solution.
Is there a minimum payment amount for bank transfer?
No. Bank transfer has no minimum payment amount and no maximum. You can use bank transfer for any size of payment.
Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes — Apple Pay and Google Pay are both available when you select Stripe as your payment method. You will see the option to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay on the Stripe payment page if your device supports it. The standard Stripe processing fee applies.
Is my card information stored by Send2Hub?
No. Card payments via Stripe and PayPal are completed entirely on their own secure platforms. Send2Hub does not see, handle or store your card details at any point. Both Stripe and PayPal are fully PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
What reference should I use for a bank transfer?
Always include your Send2Hub Customer ID as the payment reference when making a bank transfer. This allows us to match your payment to your account immediately and process your shipment without delay. Your Customer ID is displayed in your account dashboard.
