Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before You decide to register Your details at send2hub.com. By becoming a registered member and by using the Services You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form a legal agreement between You and us and can only be amended with our consent. 

Additionally Your use of send2hub.com and our Services is subject to our Privacy and Cookies Policy

We are strictly for Users aged 18 years or over. If You are not aged 18 years or over, stop using this Site immediately. By continuing to use the Site, You acknowledge that You are aged 18 years or over.

We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to You. Any change will not affect the provision of Services in relation to any order that You place or Goods that we receive on Your behalf from a Supplier before that change is implemented.

If You disagree with any part of our terms and conditions, You must not use our site and service.

   DEFINITIONS

 

You”,“Your”, “User”, “Recipient" refer to you personally or sender.

We”, “us”, “our”, “send2hub.com”, “send2hub”, “S2H” refer to send2hub.com, independent contractors and/or third party service provider;

Carrier”, “Courier”, “Shipping Company”, “Delivery Company” is the third party company providing door-to-door package delivery service

Goods”, “Shipment”, “Package(s)”, “Parcel(s)” refers to mail or products you purchased from supplier/merchant, delivered to your UK delivery address, to be consolidated and shipped to destination country. 

Services” means all the services offered by us on the Site. 

UK Delivery Address” or “UK Shipping Address” or "UK Warehouse Address" is your UK delivery address and send2hub.com warehouse address, is also the address assigned to Customer account during registration.

Home Address” is Customer’s address in country of residence and/or address for delivery of shipment from UK to destination country

Billing Address” is the address connected to your payment method, it is also where you receive statements for your payment method. The billing address must match the address associated with your payment method.

Shipping Address” destination address to where you want us to ship your consolidated goods/parcels to

Shipment” refers to one or more parcels being consolidated, assembled and shipped together on the same air waybill to the same address from UK to destination country.

Site” means the website and the contents available and accessible at the URL link send2hub.com.

Supplier” Or "Seller" means the seller, retailer, merchant or marketplace who sells Goods. 

 

   REGISTRATION

 

Registering with send2hub.com is free however You can choose to use our premium paid service. 

To register with www.send2hub.com You must be 18 years of age or over. You can not register and use the Site and the Services under any circumstances if you do not meet our eligibility criteria.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy and Cookies Policy, which include those terms of use set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may register to become a User.

We strongly recommend that when You read these Terms and Conditions, You also access and read the information contained in other pages and websites referred to herein, they may contain further terms of use may be applicable to you as you are registering as a business entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

To register and to use www.send2hub.com services, we need You to provide your personal or business details such as your name, company name, email address and/or telephone number. You certify that the information You provide is accurate and that You will update it promptly for any changes at the time of using our services by contacting us.

Membership is non-transferable. You must not transfer your www.send2hub.com membership or disclose Your account login and password details to anyone.

Once You have successfully registered, You will be allocated a UK Delivery Address which You may then provide to UK Suppliers/Customers as Your delivery address when purchasing/receiving goods/parcels.

Due to the current situation, we are unable to allow registration and ship to countries under sanction and in political unrest region. The following is a non-exhaustive list of Countries/Regions we do not ship to: Afghanistan, Crimean region, Sudan, Syria, Yemen.

In case where we have Your Goods, you have the options to either return goods to sender at Your own cost, ship goods to another UK address at Your own cost or request for us to dispose of the goods (fee for disposal of the goods will apply) 

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel, at our reasonable discretion, any unconfirmed membership account, or if we find You have submitted inaccurate information, or if we determine that Your account may be used for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or a membership account that has been inactive for a one year period, or if `You breach any of Your obligations under these terms and conditions.

You are advised not to register more than one peronal account and/or no more than one business account under the same name.

 

   USING THE SERVICES

 

send2hub.com operating hours are between 08:00 hours and 16:00 hours (GMT) from Monday to Friday, we are only able to receive goods during those times. send2hub.com delivery and collection service does not operate during weekends and UK public holidays. You are required to notify the supplier about our operating hours when placing an order. We will not be liable to You for any goods delivered outside those hours.

User acknowledges and agrees that the services do not include customs or taxes (except where clearly stated) and that send2hub.com is not a customs agent or broker. We are solely responsible for the export of the goods. The user is solely responsible for the payment of any and all customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, or other charges or fees of any nature relating to the shipment.

By using our service or placing an order with us, You agree that the goods have been purchased from a supplier authorised to sell the goods in the country that You are based.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any manufacturer’s warranty is available and valid in the country that You are based.

You authorise send2hub.com to accept delivery of Your goods at the UK Delivery Address on Your behalf and appoint us as Your freight agent to ship the goods to Your Shipping Address in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

We will charge you relevant to Your account fees for using our services unless stated otherwise. We will also charge you a fee for us to arrange shipments, which is included in the shipping cost. Fees are subject to change from time to time at our discretion.

You will be responsible for all the goods sent to Your UK Delivery Address (excluding where shop&ship service is used) We will assume that any goods we receive from a supplier to Your UK Delivery Address have been ordered by you for us to forward them to Your Shipping Address. It is important not to pass Your send2hub.com account details to anyone.

We have the right to open and inspect the goods we receive without prior notice to User. You also agree that if we decided to inspect the goods, we may have to break the seals and open packages on some goods. We do not accept any liability for any damage caused as a result unless it is directly due to our negligence.

Notwithstanding any provisions herein, we reserve the right at all times to decline or refuse to accept delivery of any goods or return any goods to supplier as we deem appropriate in our absolute discretion and without attributing any reason thereto.

You must agree not to use Your UK Delivery Address as: Your residential address, in the application for renewal of or replacement of any official documents or financial related materials. This includes but is not limited to using Your UK Delivery Address in setting up business or company, applying for driving licenses, credit cards, mortgages, loans or passports and other official documents. We will not forward official documents to You and will return them to the sender or dispose of them as we see fit. We will ask You to cover any necessary cost involved in such event. You must also not provide Your UK Delivery Address as Your address to any government, regulatory, legal or financial organisations.

All prices are quoted in pound sterling (GBP) as a default. You may be given an option to choose other currencies.

We only accept orders for our Services placed through Your send2hub.com user account.

You must not place an order with us or arrange for a supplier to deliver goods to Your UK Delivery Address, if the total value of the goods in that order exceeds £1000 or if the weight of the goods in that order exceeds 70kg without contacting us in advance for us to confirm that we are willing to accept those goods. We may charge you additional fee for accepting it.

We can store goods which we receive at Your UK Delivery Address for up to 30 days without any fee whilst we await Your instructions to ship and Your payment for shipping to Your Shipping Address. After this time we will charge a daily storage fee for each package we have stored beyond 30 days (45 days for Business Customers, 60 days for Premium Members). The fee for each package will be charged daily until the package is shipped or disposed of. The fee we charge for storage is set out on the site or in an email we send you before the charge is incurred.

You must not arrange for any goods to be sent to us, or You must not place an order with us for any goods, that may be hazardous or dangerous, are not permitted for carriage by air, cannot lawfully be delivered to the jurisdiction in which the UK Delivery Address is located, and goods that are listed under section ‘Prohibited and Restricted Items’ of these Terms and Conditions.

You must not arrange Your own carrier or courier collection of Your goods without our prior agreement. If agreed by us, there will be additional surcharge for using Your own carrier. You will then be fully responsible of such shipment.

Payment must be made in full prior to us providing the service. All the services we provide to You are non refundable.

We may engage agents and/or sub-contractors to perform all or any part of the Services and such agents and/or sub-contractors (including Couriers) will be entitled to the protection of all the terms in these Terms and Conditions which exclude or limit our liability.

Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at the address at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions by post.

Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer Your rights under these Terms and Conditions.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Terms and Conditions shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.
You and we agree that English law applies to these Terms and Conditions and that any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will only be dealt with by the English courts.

 

   SERVICES

 

Parcel/Mail Forwarding 

Parcel/Mail Forwarding is a service provided by us to a registered User. User arranges to deliver goods ordered from suppliers to UK Delivery address and for us to forward it to the Shipping Address designated by the User.

You are responsible to ensure that the goods You have ordered are correctly addressed to Your UK Delivery Address, including your name, surname and exact customer unique ID number. Parcels we receive without customer unique ID number and/or recipients name will be allocated to our Unidentified Parcels Unit (for more details please see Unidentified Parcels section in Your account).

When we receive Your goods, we will measure and weigh the goods, store the goods, consolidate them and arrange forwarding Your goods to Your Shipping Address by a courier of Your choice from the selection we provide to you at the checkout. Once you decide on the courier and we receive Your full payment for forwarding Your goods to you, we will dispatch the goods to Your Shipping Address within 24-48 hrs. A standard shipping insurance cover from Your UK Delivery Address to Your Shipping Address is available or/and is optional.

All Your Shipping Addresses once confirmed by You are final and may not be changed. For payment made via third party payment method, PayPal, Western Union, TT, Wire Transfer or other payment methods send2hub.com can only ship to the address as provided by you via payment method.

We provide service that allows You to manage goods You purchased and that have been delivered to Your UK Delivery Address that are then to be forwarded to Your Shipping Address in Your destination country. send2hub.com will not allow You to arrange third party collections for Your goods. 

send2hub.com does not sell any goods to you. You are solely responsible for selecting and ordering the goods from the supplier. Your purchase of goods is a transaction solely between You and the supplier.

Send2hub.com makes no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the quality or suitability of the goods You order through the supplier. We are not responsible for any failure of a supplier to deliver Your goods to Your UK Delivery Address, or to fulfil Your order, or for any defects in any goods You purchase, or any damage that any goods may cause, or for any other failure of the goods to meet Your expectations. We do not handle communications with any suppliers or sellers regarding Your goods’ exchanges or returns. That is Your responsibility. If after delivery to You, You determine that any product is defective or does not meet Your expectations, You agree that you will not hold send2hub liable and will seek any remedies solely from the supplier.

We may decide to perform any of the following activities on User’s behalf: complete any documents, amend product or service codes, and pay any duties or taxes required under applicable laws and regulations (if applicable); and/or act as User’s freight agent for the performance of customs clearance and preparation of shipping documents. Item declaration amount will be based on the Suppliers invoices. The Suppliers invoices will be used as supporting documentation. You are responsible to provide real vlaue of the Shipemnt on the delcaration during your Shipments checkout process.

User agrees to routing and diversion of the Shipment, including the possibility that the Shipment may be carried via intermediate stopping places.

Shop&Ship Service

We provide goods ordering Shop&Ship service to Users to assist them in purchasing goods from UK on-line suppliers who may or may not otherwise accept their payments or may not shipp their goods abroad. Orders are to be placed with UK suppliers only. Any orders requested for goods sold at stores outside the UK will be not be processed. We also offer assistance to purchase Goods from off-line Suppliers located within 15 miles radius from our location. 

We are not a retailer or reseller of the Goods ordered through Shop&Ship Service, we are solely acting as Your agent ordering on Your behalf.

You must pay the full price of the goods plus any delivery cost of the goods to Your UK Delivery Address plus Shop&Ship Handling Fee plus any Money Transfer Fee that may apply to the transfer prior to send2hub.com making any purchases on Your behalf. Handling fee applies for using our Shop&Ship Service. If we are unable to process Your order for any reason after we receive Your money we will process a refund applying refund processing  fee. 

The fee for off-line assisted purchase of Goods from Suppliers within 15 miles radius from our location will apply for a maximum of 10 item from a single Supplier. You must pay the full price of the Goods and the fee for using the off-line assisted purchase of Goods before we can make the purchase. If we are unable to process Your order for any reason after we receive Your money we will process a refund applying refund processing  fee. 

Once we have received the goods at Your UK Delivery Address, we will register them in our warehouse under your designated unit and contact you to arrange forwarding of those Goods to Your Shipping Address using Parcel/Mail Forwarding Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

We do not accept any liability for any goods we order on Your behalf through Shop&Ship Service.

If the goods are faulty, damaged in transit or lost during transit from the Supplier to UK Delivery Address, You will contact the supplier of the goods directly and not us.

We do not warrant that the goods User has ordered through Shop&Ship Service will be available for purchase and delivery at the time when send2hub.com will be placing the order on your behalf. We reserve the right to automatically cancel any orders if the goods are: out of stock; or on back order; or available at a higher price from Your nominated supplier; or Ordered with unclear/insufficient information that is in our sole opinion necessary to place the order; or are unsuitable to be transported by our couriers. We reserve the right to refuse to buy from suppliers that we believe may not be genuine.

While we will endeavour to make prompt execution of Your order, You agree that send2hub.com will not be responsible for any delays including delivery of the goods from supplier to your UK Delivery Address. We reserve the right to reject any orders, at our discretion, at any time. We do not accept any requests to amend or cancel orders placed using Our Shop&Ship Service once Your payment has been received. All send2hub.com Shop&Ship orders are considered as final once placed and paid for and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

You agree that we may, should we choose to, obtain identical Goods from an alternative Supplier to Your nominated Supplier. This is subject to the price charged by that alternative Supplier that is the same or less or other than the price charged by Your nominated Supplier. We are not required to pass on to you any cost savings or commission we gain as a result of obtaining the Goods from an alternative Supplier in this way.

We will take all reasonable care to place Your orders correctly. Should there be any discrepancies You must bring them to our attention within 24hrs of us sending You the order and supplier confirmation details. After that, all errors are deemed to be accepted by the User.

Some suppliers may insist that we do not forward their goods outside of the UK. We are not responsible for any change in any merchant’s selling restrictions.
Goods that are deemed to be Prohibited or Restricted will be dealt in accordance with Prohibited and Restricted Goods Section.

 

   VERIFICATION

 

Before You use our service, we may need to verify Your identity and address by requesting You to upload us via Your account "My Documents" facility or email us original copy of the following documents:

-One document showing Your name and residential address e.g. utility bills, credit card or bank statements.
-Scanned copy of Your Passport or any government issued document showing Your name. 

Please note the above documents must be original and showing four corners of the document. If Your account is approved, after receiving Your goods, we may also choose to request for more information to verify that Your purchase(s) are not fraudulent. This may include requesting you to supply us Your government issued document, credit card information, bank statement and we may also contact the supplier to verify Your purchase. Failing to provide the verification documents can lead to Your goods being treated as Abandoned Goods in accordance with Abandoned Goods Section.

We reserve the right to refuse placing orders or withholding or dispose of goods or shipments of any transactions involving payments made with unverified or suspicious credit cards (Please refer to Abandoned Goods Section).

For any parcels/mail arriving to send2hub address from outside of the UK we reserve the right to open and inspect the content and verify identity of the customer before logging the parcel into customer's account on our system. Identity verification will require provision of a valid Photo ID (passport, national identity card, photocard driving licence). Once identity verification is successful received parcel/mail will be added to customer's account. There may be addition cost to identity verification process that the customer will be ask to cover.

 

   DELIVERIES, UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS, STORAGE

 

send2hub.com will accept deliveries on Your behalf between 08:00 hours and 16:00 hours (GMT) from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

send2hub.com does not guarantee delivery of parcels which do not comply with the import or export regulations of the country to which they are delivered to (to Your Delivery Address). It is Users responsibility to ensure that the goods are not prohibited or restricted by the country to which they are delivered to.

The transit times shown on our site are estimates only and do not take into account any delays that may be caused with by customs procedures, customs clearance or other factors such as weather conditions.

You will be regarded as the importer of any goods that we send to You through the Services to Your Delivery Address and it is Your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the Goods are to be delivered. Such goods may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities and send2hub.com shall not be held liable for such procedures.

If the on delivery of the goods to Your Shipping address recipient (You) refuses delivery or the goods are deemed to be unacceptable, or it has been undervalued, or the Recipient cannot be reasonably identified or located, or the Recipient does not provide paperwork as requested by customs or courier, or the Recipient does not respond or reply to emails requesting for payment of custom duties, freight or handlings fees prior to the uplift or delivery of the Goods, we shall use reasonable efforts to return the Goods to the Supplier or our warehouse at Your cost. Such goods may then be released, disposed of or sold by us without incurring any liability, with the proceedings applied against Your service fees and any related handling/administrative costs.

We will store goods which we receive at Your UK Delivery Address for up to 30 days free of charge whilst we await Your instructions to forward these goods to Your Shipping Address and Your payment. For each parcel stored beyond 30 days we will charge a daily storage fee until the package is shipped or disposed of. The daily storage fee we charge for storage beyond 30 days is set out on the site or in an email we send you before the charge is incurred.

If Your parcels are stored beyond 30 days and incurring daily storage fees we will be able to store them for further 30 days only (60 days in total). After that period and if any attempts to contact You are not successful send2hub.com reserves the right to deactivate Your account without further notice and deem all parcels as abandoned (Please refer to Abandoned Goods Section). The user forfeits all claims to abandoned items in their account once account deactivation has occurred.

 

   ABANDONED GOODS

 

You agree that the following can be treated by us as Abandoned Goods:

- Goods that have been stored for more than 90 days;

- Goods that have been stored for more than 90 days since the last full settlement of storage fees by you; - won’t apply as payment for storage comes with forwarding instruction and payment.

- Goods that have been stored for more than 60 days after which we have contacted You by email regarding those goods but had no reply from You or no payment made.

- Goods who’s owner cannot be identified within 30 days of receipt despite commercially reasonable efforts by us to identify the owner.

- Any and all goods we hold for You if you fail to settle undisputed invoices within 30 days for any services we have provided or if you have committed or attempted to commit fraud in connection with the goods or our services.

-You authorise us to dispose of Your goods or Abandoned Goods in any manner we choose.

Any and all goods we hold for You if You fail to provide verification document within 30 days we requested for proof of Your billing address and proof of Your identity or for proof that no fraud has been committed in connection with the goods.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we reserve the right to discard and/or dispose of the Goods delivered to the UK Delivery Address in any manner we deem fit without being liable to You if Your Goods are deemed as Abandoned Goods.

 

   UNDENTIFIED PARCELS

 

Parcels where the appropriate recipient cannot be identified, e.g. the customer unique ID number of the address and/or customer name may be missing or is misstated will be allocated to our Unidentified Parcels Unit. If you have ordered a product and there is an unusual delay in receiving notification email from send2hub.com that your parcel has been delivered to Your UK Delivery Address, you should contact us and describe the goods you are expecting, so that we can inspect unidentified parcels and see if Yours has been received. Additional handling fees in identifying the recipient may apply if Your parcel’s delivery details were incorrectly stated or parcel was inadequately addressed.

Any parcels received at our warehouse for which the recipient cannot be determined will be held for 30 days for reasonable action and investigation. If they remain unclaimed after 30 days, send2hub reserves the right to dispose them in any manner permitted under applicable law.

 

   LOSS, DAMAGE AND DELAY

 

We will endeavour to make every reasonable effort to deliver parcels in accordance with our regular delivery schedule, which is calculated to be within 1-14 working days (depending on the country to which they are delivered to and courier service chosen by You) immediately after full payment for the service is received. These timescales are not guaranteed and are not binding. We are not liable for any damages or loss caused or any delays during transit. Your chosen courier claims procedures will apply (please contact us if you require further details on the relevant courier procedures).

From time to time we reserve the right to change Courier for Your shipment or change Your shipment's service to be able to process it.

Where you place an order directly with a supplier for the goods to be delivered to Your UK Delivery Address, it is Your responsibility to ensure that the supplier is given the correct Delivery Address details. We shall not be responsible for any incorrectly labelled deliveries of goods neither we can be held liable for any mistakes in labelling made by the Supplier. send2hub.com will not to be held responsible for any goods in transit from the supplier to Your UK Delivery Address.
Optional Shipping Insurance cover from Your UK Delivery Address to Your Shipping Address is available for you during consolidation process of Your goods. It is Your responsibility to choose optional shipping insurance to cover Your goods to its full value against any loss or damage or delay during transit. Shipping insurance does not cover any goods that are prohibited and restricted (Restricted and Prohibited Goods Section).
Only one claim can be submitted for one shipment in the event of claim for loss or damage. Claim is up to the maximum value of the insurance option chosen by You, and is subject to Your chosen carrier’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage, claims procedures and timescales. Send2hub.com is not liable for any claims arising from loss, damage or delay of goods during transit.

It is Your responsibility to ensure that the goods can be shipped to Your destination country.

Shipping any items prohibited or restricted by Your country import law is at Your own risk and we take no responsibility for lost, damage, non-delivery or if the items are confiscated by Carrier or authority in Your destination country.

 

   PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED GOODS

 

It is Your responsibility to ensure the goods are acceptable and not prohibited or restricted for us to receive on your behalf and for us to deliver them to You.

There are country specific legislations, which prohibits to send certain Goods. It is Your responsibility to adhere to relevant legislation in the country of destination.

Prohibited Items:

Goods deemed prohibited or restricted for shipment will be returned to the supplier at Your cost or disposed of at our discretion. We will deal with them as we see fit. We will charge You for any expenses we incur. You will indemnify us and keep us and our employees, sub-contractors and agents indemnified against any and all resulting losses, damage and/or injuries.

The following items cannot be sent to any country under any circumstances:

-Fireworks of any type
-Ammunition, Cartridges for Weapons, Gunpowder
-Helium or any other Volatile Gases
-Weapons, Weapon Parts, Detonators including Imitation Weapons
-Safety Matches, Torch or Cigarette Lighters
-Airbags for Cars
-Life Jackets and Self-Inflating Life rafts
-Seat Belts
-Camping Stoves and Fuel Containers
-Christmas Crackers

Flammable Items:

-Cooking Fuel or any other Flammable Liquids
-Paint and Turpentine
-Compressed Air or other Compressed Gas Cylinders
-Gasoline
-Aerosols and Perfumes
-Nail Varnish and Nail Varnish Remover
-Mercury Barometers and Thermometers
-Alcohol
-Hair Curlers containing Hydrocarbon Gas
-Loose Batteries including Power Banks
-Lighters

Toxic or Infectious Substances

-Biological cultures, samples or specimens
-Medical cultures, samples or specimens
-Tear gas or related substances
-Motor fuel antiknock product
-Dyes
-Pesticides
-Alkaloids or acids
-Arsenates, Arsenic or Arsenic compounds
-Cyanides, Barium compounds or Lead compounds
-Mercury or Mercury compounds
-Antimony, Selenium or their compounds
-Chloroform
-Any Radioactive materials
-Any other substances considered poisonous not listed above
-Varnish and Nail Varnish Remover

Narcotics:

-All illegal drugs, including Khat
-Tobacco, and Smokeless Tobacco Products, Snuff or Chewing Tobacco
-E-Cigarettes, Vapes and E- liquids
-Anabolic Steroids or Growth Hormones
-Legal Highs
-Any unidentified substances that we deem to be suspicious
-Prescription drugs or over the counter medicine

If any substances in the above category are found, we reserve the right to discard the goods and/or inform the police and HM Customs.

Other Items:

-Credit Cards, Debit Cards or any other type of Finance-Related Cards
-White Goods
-Living or Dead Animals, Plants and other Organisms
-Perishable Food Items, including carbonated drinks
-Cash, Cheques, Mobile Phone Sim Cards or any other type of Vouchers with a Redeemable Value
-Body Parts, Human Remains or Cremated Remains
-Precious Metals or Precious Stones
-Animal Skin, Fur or Hide
-Candles
-Knives Swords and other Sharp-edged Items
-Semen, Blood, Lab Samples or other Human or Animal Body Fluids
-Magnets
-Lottery Tickets
-Pornography

Restricted Goods: 

Restricted Goods may be shipped in certain circumstances with limited liability. The following items are restricted goods and have limited Standard and Extended Shipping Insurance liability cover. If it is not covered, you are shipping entirely at Your own risk, understanding that there is no compensation for loss, damage or non-delivery. Unidentified substances or items that in our opinion could be any of the other items on this list.

 

   CLAIMS AND INSURANCE

 

Shipping Insurance is offered to you to cover both the cost of shipment and damages to outgoing shipments due to loss or damage from external causes during shipment and depends on the courier service used. Courier’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage will apply in all circumstances. Please check your used/preferred courier’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage on their website before committing to use any of the couriers offered by send2hub.com:

Prohibited goods can not be sent under any circumstances.

Restricted Goods may be shipped in certain circumstances with limited liability. Please contact our customer support if you are considering sending any restricted goods.
In cases of lost, missing, delayed parcels, claims must be submitted to us no later than 14-30 days from the date of shipment depending on courier service used.

You will be responsible for providing any documents and/or photographic evidence requested by us in relation to any claim, including but not limited to evidence of value for the affected goods.

Shipping Insurance does NOT cover financial damages arising from any of the following circumstances:

-Claims for reimbursement of postage fees for delivery delays, whatever the cause.

-Delay, loss or non-delivery due to the actions of any government authority, including customs and border protection authorities.

-Damages arising from a loss of market value, decay, or defects in the product itself.

-Incidental or cosmetic damage to product packaging, when the goods itself are undamaged.

-Leakage or damages caused to the package or goods by leakage of another product

The following conditions, may render Shipping Insurance void:

-Any goods in the parcel were shipped in violation of our shipping terms, including restricted and prohibited goods or items inaccurately declared on customs documents.

-Loss, damage, shortage or non-arrival of parcel is due to the parcel being insufficiently addressed for delivery.

-Loss, damage, shortage or non-arrival of parcel is due to the parcel containing goods which were not properly disclosed, including but not limited to: lithium-ion batteries, perfume, or any prohibited items.

-Delivery is attempted by the carrier for any reason

-Loss, damage, shortage or non-arrival due to an act of war or war-like actions.

-You initiate a payment dispute or chargeback action against prior payments made to us.

Once the claim is paid out, the case is considered close.

 

   RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

Send2hub.com is not responsible for any errors made by suppliers in fulfilment of Your orders or otherwise.You agree to make arrangements directly with the Supplier for any returns, refunds or exchanges of goods in accordance Your supplier’s terms and conditions. We will provide assistance with Your returns while the goods are at Your UK Delivery Address, processing fee for such service may apply.
All Shipping and any duties or taxes associated with Your returns will be Your sole responsibility.

Send2hub.com does not accept responsibility for loss, damage or delay of the returned goods.

Where applicable, we will provide credit to You with the refunds only after we have received the refund from the supplier. Refund processing fee will apply.

Any fees for Shop&Ship Service are not refundable.

Return fee will be deducted from the proceeds of any order cancellations for orders placed with the Shop4me service.

You must pay for the exchange fee and all shipping charges before we can return the Goods to the Supplier for exchange.

For orders you made directly with the Supplier using Shop&Ship and Supermarket Shopping Services, you must first pay for the return or exchange fee and any return delivery charges before we can return the goods to the Supplier. We do not refund any Service fees paid to us for Shop&Ship and Supermarket Shopping Services.

An eligible return or exchange will be based upon the individual return/exchange policy of the Suppliers.

Should you need to return Goods over 10 kg and up to 25 kg weight or volumetric weight, there will be additional £15/week storage and processing fees. For over 25 kg, there will be £25/week storage and processing fees. It may take up to 3 working days for us to get Your package ready for return and we are not responsible for any delay.

 

   INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Your agree that You will remain liable for and indemnify, defend and hold harmless Purpless Ltd trading as send2hub.com and its shareholders, officers, directors, agents, partners, employees and independent contractors, at all times from the date hereof forward, from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, awards, liabilities, losses (including consequential losses), judgements, penalties, interest, fines, expenses, and/or other costs (including solicitor’s fees and court costs) arising by reason of the execution hereof or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

You”,“Your”, “User”, “Recipient" refer to you personally or sender.

We”, “us”, “our”, “send2hub.com”, “send2hub”, “S2H” refer to send2hub.com, independent contractors and/or third party service provider;

Carrier”, “Courier”, “Shipping Company”, “Delivery Company” is the third party company providing door-to-door package delivery service

Goods”, “Shipment”, “Package(s)”, “Parcel(s)” refers to mail or products you purchased from supplier/merchant, delivered to your UK delivery address, to be consolidated and shipped to destination country. 

Services” means all the services offered by us on the Site. 

UK Delivery Address” or “UK Shipping Address” is your UK delivery address and send2hub.com warehouse address, is also the address assigned to Customer account during registration.

Home Address” is Customer’s address in country of residence and/or address for delivery of shipment from UK to destination country

Billing Address” is the address connected to your payment method, it is also where you receive statements for your payment method. The billing address must match the address associated with your payment method.

Shipping Address” destination address to where you want us to ship your consolidated goods/parcels to

Shipment” refers to one or more parcels being consolidated, assembled and shipped together on the same air waybill to the same address from UK to destination country.

Site” means the website and the contents available and accessible at the URL link send2hub.com.

Supplier” means the seller, retailer, merchant or marketplace who sells Goods. 

Registering with send2hub.com is free however You can choose to use our premium paid service. 

To register with www.send2hub.com You must be 18 years of age or over. You can not register and use the Site and the Services under any circumstances if you do not meet our eligibility criteria.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy and Cookies Policy, which include those terms of use set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may register to become a User.

We strongly recommend that when You read these Terms and Conditions, You also access and read the information contained in other pages and websites referred to herein, they may contain further terms of use may be applicable to you as you are registering as a business entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

To register and to use www.send2hub.com services, we need You to provide your personal or business details such as your name, company name, email address and/or telephone number. You certify that the information You provide is accurate and that You will update it promptly for any changes at the time of using our services by contacting us.

Membership is non-transferable. You must not transfer your www.send2hub.com membership or disclose Your account login and password details to anyone.

Once You have successfully registered, You will be allocated a UK Delivery Address which You may then provide to UK Suppliers/Customers as Your delivery address when purchasing/receiving goods/parcels.

Due to the current situation, we are unable to allow registration and ship to countries under sanction and in political unrest region. The following is a non-exhaustive list of Countries/Regions we do not ship to: Crimean region, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Nigeria, Republic of the Niger.

In case where we have Your Goods, you have the options to either return goods to sender at Your own cost, ship goods to another UK address at Your own cost or request for us to dispose of the goods (fee for disposal of the goods will apply) 

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel, at our reasonable discretion, any unconfirmed membership account, or if we find You have submitted inaccurate information, or if we determine that Your account may be used for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or a membership account that has been inactive for a one year period, or if `You breach any of Your obligations under these terms and conditions.

You are advised not to register more than one membership account.

send2hub.com operating hours are between 08:00 hours and 16:00 hours (GMT) from Monday to Friday, we are only able to receive goods during those times. send2hub.com delivery and collection service does not operate during weekends and UK public holidays. You are required to notify the supplier about our operating hours when placing an order. We will not be liable to You for any goods delivered outside those hours.

User acknowledges and agrees that the services do not include customs or taxes (except where clearly stated) and that send2hub.com is not a customs agent or broker. We are solely responsible for the export of the goods. The user is solely responsible for the payment of any and all customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, or other charges or fees of any nature relating to the shipment.

By using our service or placing an order with us, You agree that the goods have been purchased from a supplier authorised to sell the goods in the country that You are based.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any manufacturer’s warranty is available and valid in the country that You are based.

You authorise send2hub.com to accept delivery of Your goods at the UK Delivery Address on Your behalf and appoint us as Your freight agent to ship the goods to Your Shipping Address in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

We will charge you relevant to Your account fees for using our services unless stated otherwise. We will also charge you a fee for us to arrange shipments, which is included in the shipping cost. Fees are subject to change from time to time at our discretion.

You will be responsible for all the goods sent to Your UK Delivery Address (excluding where shop&ship service is used) We will assume that any goods we receive from a supplier to Your UK Delivery Address have been ordered by you for us to forward them to Your Shipping Address. It is important not to pass Your send2hub.com account details to anyone.

We have the right to open and inspect the goods we receive without prior notice to User. You also agree that if we decided to inspect the goods, we may have to break the seals and open packages on some goods. We do not accept any liability for any damage caused as a result unless it is directly due to our negligence.

Notwithstanding any provisions herein, we reserve the right at all times to decline or refuse to accept delivery of any goods or return any goods to supplier as we deem appropriate in our absolute discretion and without attributing any reason thereto.

You must agree not to use Your UK Delivery Address as: Your residential address, in the application for renewal of or replacement of any official documents or financial related materials. This includes but is not limited to using Your UK Delivery Address in setting up business or company, applying for driving licenses, credit cards, mortgages, loans or passports and other official documents. You must also not provide Your UK Delivery Address as Your address to any government, regulatory, legal or financial organisations (this includes but is not limited to HMRC, Companies House). We will not forward any official documents to you and we will deal with these documents as we see fit and you will be required to cover any necessary cost involved in such event in the amount of £500.00 minimum.

All prices are quoted in pound sterling (GBP) as a default. You may be given an option to choose other currencies.

We only accept orders for our Services placed through Your send2hub.com user account.

You must not place an order with us or arrange for a supplier to deliver goods to Your UK Delivery Address, if the total value of the goods in that order exceeds £1000 or if the weight of the goods in that order exceeds 70kg without contacting us in advance for us to confirm that we are willing to accept those goods. We may charge you additional fee for accepting it.

We can store goods which we receive at Your UK Delivery Address for up to 30 days without any fee whilst we await Your instructions to ship and Your payment for shipping to Your Shipping Address. After this time we will charge a daily/monthly storage fee for each package we have stored beyond 30 days (45 days for Business Customers, 60 days for Premium Members). The fee for each package will be charged daily/monthly until the package is shipped or disposed of. The fee we charge for storage is set out on the site link or in an email we send you before the charge is incurred.

You must not arrange for any goods to be sent to us, or You must not place an order with us for any goods, that may be hazardous or dangerous, are not permitted for carriage by air, cannot lawfully be delivered to the jurisdiction in which the UK Delivery Address is located, and goods that are listed under section ‘Prohibited and Restricted Items’ of these Terms and Conditions.

You must not arrange Your own carrier or courier collection of Your goods without our prior agreement. If agreed by us, there will be additional surcharge for using Your own carrier. You will then be fully responsible of such shipment.

Payment must be made in full prior to us providing the service. All the services we provide to You are non refundable.

We may engage agents and/or sub-contractors to perform all or any part of the Services and such agents and/or sub-contractors (including Couriers) will be entitled to the protection of all the terms in these Terms and Conditions which exclude or limit our liability.

Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at the address at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions by post.

Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer Your rights under these Terms and Conditions.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Terms and Conditions shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.
You and we agree that English law applies to these Terms and Conditions and that any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will only be dealt with by the English courts.

Parcel/Mail Forwarding 

Parcel/Mail Forwarding is a service provided by us to a registered User. User arranges to deliver goods ordered from suppliers to UK Delivery address and for us to forward it to the Shipping Address designated by the User.

When You are ordering directly from the supplier, the title of the goods shall remain with the supplier until You make full payment for those goods to the supplier, at which point title will pass on to You.

You are responsible to ensure that the goods You have ordered are correctly addressed to Your UK Delivery Address, including your name and exact customer unit number. Parcels we receive without customer unit number and/or recipients name will be allocated to our Unidentified Parcels Unit (for more details please see Unidentified Parcels section in Your account).

When we receive Your goods, we will measure and weigh the goods, store the goods, consolidate them and arrange forwarding Your goods to Your Shipping Address by a courier of Your choice from the selection we provide to you at the checkout. Once you decide on the courier and we receive Your full payment for forwarding Your goods to you, we will dispatch the goods to Your Shipping Address within 24-48 hrs. A standard shipping insurance cover from Your UK Delivery Address to Your Shipping Address is available or/and is optional.

All Your Shipping Addresses once confirmed by You are final and may not be changed. For payment made via third party payment processor, PayPal, send2hub.com can only ship to the address as provided by you via PayPal.

We provide service that allows You to manage goods You purchased and that have been delivered to Your UK Delivery Address that are then to be forwarded to Your Shipping Address in Your destination country. send2hub.com will not allow You to arrange third party collections for Your goods. 

send2hub.com does not sell any goods to you. You are solely responsible for selecting and ordering the goods from the supplier. Your purchase of goods is a transaction solely between You and the supplier.

Send2hub.com makes no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the quality or suitability of the goods You order through the supplier. We are not responsible for any failure of a supplier to deliver Your goods to Your UK Delivery Address, or to fulfil Your order, or for any defects in any goods You purchase, or any damage that any goods may cause, or for any other failure of the goods to meet Your expectations. We do not handle communications with any suppliers or sellers regarding Your goods’ exchanges or returns. That is Your responsibility. If after delivery to You, You determine that any product is defective or does not meet Your expectations, You agree that you will not hold send2hub liable and will seek any remedies solely from the supplier.

We may decide to perform any of the following activities on User’s behalf: complete any documents, amend product or service codes, and pay any duties or taxes required under applicable laws and regulations (if applicable); and/or act as User’s freight agent for the performance of customs clearance and preparation of shipping documents. Item declaration amount will be based on the Supplier invoice of the package. The Supplier invoice will be used as supporting documentation.

User agrees to routing and diversion of the Shipment, including the possibility that the Shipment may be carried via intermediate stopping places.

Shop&Ship Service

We provide goods ordering Shop&Ship service to Users to assist them in purchasing goods from UK on-line suppliers who may or may not otherwise accept their payments. Orders are to be placed with UK suppliers only. Any orders requested for goods sold at stores outside the UK will be not be processed. We also offer assistance to purchase Goods from off-line Suppliers located within 15 miles radius from our location. 

We are not a retailer or reseller of the Goods ordered through Shop&Ship Service, we are solely acting as Your agent ordering on Your behalf.

You must pay the full price of the goods plus any delivery cost of the goods to Your UK Delivery Address plus Shop&Ship Handling Fee prior to send2hub.com making any purchases on Your behalf. Handling fee applies for using our Shop&Ship Service.

The fee for off-line assisted purchase of Goods from Suppliers within 15 miles radius from our location will apply for a maximum of 10 item from a single Supplier. You must pay the full price of the Goods and the fee for using the off-line assisted purchase of Goods before we can make the purchase.

Once we have received the goods at Your UK Delivery Address, we will register them in our warehouse under your designated unit and contact you to arrange forwarding of those Goods to Your Shipping Address using Parcel/Mail Forwarding Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

We do not accept any liability for any goods we order on Your behalf through Shop&Ship Service.

If the goods are faulty, damaged in transit or lost during transit from the Supplier to UK Delivery Address, You will contact the supplier of the goods directly and not us.

We do not warrant that the goods User has ordered through Shop&Ship Service will be available for purchase and delivery at the time when send2hub.com will be placing the order on your behalf. We reserve the right to automatically cancel any orders if the goods are: out of stock; or on back order; or available at a higher price from Your nominated supplier; or Ordered with unclear/insufficient information that is in our sole opinion necessary to place the order; or are unsuitable to be transported by our couriers. We reserve the right to refuse to buy from suppliers that we believe may not be genuine.

While we will endeavour to make prompt execution of Your order, You agree that send2hub.com will not be responsible for any delays including delivery of the goods from supplier to your UK Delivery Address. We reserve the right to reject any orders, at our discretion, at any time. We do not accept any requests to amend or cancel orders placed using Our Shop&Ship Service once Your payment has been received. All send2hub.com Shop&Ship orders are considered as final once placed and paid for and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

You agree that we may, should we choose to, obtain identical Goods from an alternative Supplier to Your nominated Supplier. This is subject to the price charged by that alternative Supplier that is the same or less or other than the price charged by Your nominated Supplier. We are not required to pass on to you any cost savings or commission we gain as a result of obtaining the Goods from an alternative Supplier in this way.

We will take all reasonable care to place Your orders correctly. Should there be any discrepancies You must bring them to our attention within 24hrs of us sending You the order and supplier confirmation details. After that, all errors are deemed to be accepted by the User.

Some suppliers may insist that we do not forward their goods outside of the UK. We are not responsible for any change in any merchant’s selling restrictions.
Goods that are deemed to be Prohibited or Restricted will be dealt in accordance with Prohibited and Restricted Goods Section.

send2hub.com will accept deliveries on Your behalf between 08:00 hours and 16:00 hours (GMT) from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Send2hub.com does not guarantee delivery of parcels which do not comply with the import or export regulations of the country to which they are delivered to (to Your Delivery Address). It is Users responsibility to ensure that the goods are not prohibited or restricted by the country to which they are delivered to.

The transit times shown on our site are estimates only and do not take into account any delays that may be caused with by customs procedures, customs clearance or other factors such as weather conditions.

You will be regarded as the importer of any goods that we send to You through the Services to Your Delivery Address and it is Your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the Goods are to be delivered. Such goods may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities and send2hub.com shall not be held liable for such procedures.

If the on delivery of the goods to Your Shipping address recipient (You) refuses delivery or the goods are deemed to be unacceptable, or it has been undervalued, or the Recipient cannot be reasonably identified or located, or the Recipient does not provide paperwork as requested by customs or courier, or the Recipient does not respond or reply to emails requesting for payment of custom duties, freight or handlings fees prior to the uplift or delivery of the Goods, we shall use reasonable efforts to return the Goods to the Supplier or our warehouse at Your cost. Such goods may then be released, disposed of or sold by us without incurring any liability, with the proceedings applied against Your service fees and any related handling/administrative costs.

We will store goods which we receive at Your UK Delivery Address for up to 30 days free of charge whilst we await Your instructions to forward these goods to Your Shipping Address and Your payment. For each parcel stored beyond 30 days we will charge a daily storage fee until the package is shipped or disposed of. The daily storage fee we charge for storage beyond 30 days is set out on the site or in an email we send you before the charge is incurred.

If Your parcels are stored beyond 30 days and incurring daily storage fees we will be able to store them for further 30 days only (60 days in total). After that period and if any attempts to contact You are not successful send2hub.com reserves the right to deactivate Your account without further notice and deem all parcels as abandoned (Please refer to Abandoned Goods Section). The user forfeits all claims to abandoned items in their account once account deactivation has occurred.

Before You use our service, we may need to verify Your identity and address by requesting You to email us original copy of the following documents:

One document showing Your name and residential address e.g. utility bills, credit card or bank statements
Scanned copy of Your Passport or any government issued document showing Your name
Please note the above documents must be original and showing four corners of the document. If Your account is approved, after receiving Your goods, we may also choose to request for more information to verify that Your purchase(s) are not fraudulent. This may include requesting you to supply us Your government issued document, credit card information, bank statement and we may also contact the supplier to verify Your purchase. Failing to provide the verification documents can lead to Your goods being treated as Abandoned Goods in accordance with Abandoned Goods Section.

We reserve the right to refuse placing orders or withholding or dispose of goods or shipments of any transactions involving payments made with unverified or suspicious credit cards (Please refer to Abandoned Goods Section).

For any parcels/mail arriving to send2hub address from outside of the UK we reserve the right to open and inspect the content and verify identity of the customer before logging the parcel into customer's account on our system. Identity verification will require provision of a valid Photo ID (passport, national identity card, photocard driving licence). Once identity verification is successful received parcel/mail will be added to customer's account. There may be addition cost to identity verification process that the customer will be ask to cover.

You agree that the following can be treated by us as Abandoned Goods:

- Goods that have been stored for more than 90 days;

- Goods that have been stored for more than 90 days since the last full settlement of storage fees by you; - won’t apply as payment for storage comes with forwarding instruction and payment.

- Goods that have been stored for more than 60 days after which we have contacted You by email regarding those goods but had no reply from You or no payment made;

- Goods who’s owner cannot be identified within 30 days of receipt despite commercially reasonable efforts by us to identify the owner

- Any and all goods we hold for You if you fail to settle undisputed invoices within 30 days for any services we have provided or if you have committed or attempted to commit fraud in connection with the goods or our services

You authorise us to dispose of Your goods or Abandoned Goods in any manner we choose,

any and all goods we hold for You if You fail to provide verification document within 30 days we requested for proof of Your billing address and proof of Your identity or for proof that no fraud has been committed in connection with the goods.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we reserve the right to discard and/or dispose of the Goods delivered to the UK Delivery Address in any manner we deem fit without being liable to You if Your Goods are deemed as Abandoned Goods.

Parcels where the appropriate recipient cannot be identified, e.g. the customer unit number of the address and/or customer name may be missing or is misstated will be allocated to our Unidentified Parcels Unit. If you have ordered a product and there is an unusual delay in receiving notification email from send2hub.com that your parcel has been delivered to Your UK Delivery Address, you should contact us and describe the goods you are expecting, so that we can inspect unidentified parcels and see if Yours has been received. Additional handling fees in identifying the recipient may apply if Your parcel’s delivery details were incorrectly stated or parcel was inadequately addressed.

Any parcels received at our warehouse for which the recipient cannot be determined will be held for 30 days for reasonable action and investigation. If they remain unclaimed after 30 days, send2hub reserves the right to dispose them in any manner permitted under applicable law.

We will endeavour to make every reasonable effort to deliver parcels in accordance with our regular delivery schedule, which is calculated to be within 1-14 working days (depending on the country to which they are delivered to and courier service chosen by You) immediately after full payment for the service is received. These timescales are not guaranteed and are not binding. We are not liable for any damages or loss caused or any delays during transit. Your chosen courier claims procedures will apply (please contact us if you require further details on the relevant courier procedures).
Where you place an order directly with a supplier for the goods to be delivered to Your UK Delivery Address, it is Your responsibility to ensure that the supplier is given the correct Delivery Address details. We shall not be responsible for any incorrectly labelled deliveries of goods neither we can be held liable for any mistakes in labelling made by the Supplier. send2hub.com will not to be held responsible for any goods in transit from the supplier to Your UK Delivery Address.
Optional Shipping Insurance cover from Your UK Delivery Address to Your Shipping Address is available for you during consolidation process of Your goods. It is Your responsibility to choose optional shipping insurance to cover Your goods to its full value against any loss or damage or delay during transit. Shipping insurance does not cover any goods that are prohibited and restricted (Restricted and Prohibited Goods Section).
Only one claim can be submitted for one shipment in the event of claim for loss or damage. Claim is up to the maximum value of the insurance option chosen by You, and is subject to Your chosen carrier’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage, claims procedures and timescales. Send2hub.com is not liable for any claims arising from loss, damage or delay of goods during transit.

It is Your responsibility to ensure that the goods can be shipped to Your destination country.

Shipping any items prohibited or restricted by Your country import law is at Your own risk and we take no responsibility for lost, damage, non-delivery or if the items are confiscated by Carrier or authority in Your destination country.

It is Your responsibility to ensure the goods are acceptable and not prohibited or restricted for us to receive on your behalf and for us to deliver them to You.

Goods deemed prohibited or restricted for shipment will be returned to the supplier at Your cost or disposed of at our discretion. We will deal with them as we see fit. We will charge You for any expenses we incur. Prohibited goods can not be sent under any circumstances.

Restricted Goods may be shipped in certain circumstances with limited liability. Please contact our customer support if you are considering sending any restricted goods.
In cases of lost, missing, delayed parcels, claims must be submitted to us no later than 14-30 days from the date of shipment depending on courier service used.

You will be responsible for providing any documents and/or photographic evidence requested by us in relation to any claim, including but not limited to evidence of value for the affected goods.

Shipping Insurance does NOT cover financial damages arising from any of the following circumstances:

Claims for reimbursement of postage fees for delivery delays, whatever the cause.

Delay, loss or non-delivery due to the actions of any government authority, including customs and border protection authorities.

Damages arising from a loss of market value, decay, or defects in the product itself.

Incidental or cosmetic damage to product packaging, when the goods itself are undamaged.

Leakage or damages caused to the package or goods by leakage of another product

The following conditions, may render Shipping Insurance void:

Any goods in the parcel were shipped in violation of our shipping terms, including restricted and prohibited goods or items inaccurately declared on customs documents.

Loss, damage, shortage or non-arrival of parcel is due to the parcel being insufficiently addressed for delivery.

Loss, damage, shortage or non-arrival of parcel is due to the parcel containing goods which were not properly disclosed, including but not limited to: lithium-ion batteries, perfume, or any prohibited items.

Delivery is attempted by the carrier for any reason

Loss, damage, shortage or non-arrival due to an act of war or war-like actions.

You initiate a payment dispute or chargeback action against prior payments made to us.

Once the claim is paid out, the case is considered close.

send2hub.com is not responsible for any errors made by suppliers in fulfilment of Your orders or otherwise.You agree to make arrangements directly with the Supplier for any returns, refunds or exchanges of goods in accordance Your supplier’s terms and conditions. We will provide assistance with Your returns while the goods are at Your UK Delivery Address, processing fee for such service may apply.
All Shipping and any duties or taxes associated with Your returns will be Your sole responsibility.

Where applicable, we will provide credit to You with the refunds only after we have received the refund from the supplier.

Any fees for Shop&Ship Service are not refundable.

Return fee will be deducted from the proceeds of any order cancellations for orders placed with the Shop4me service.

You must pay for the exchange fee and all shipping charges before we can return the Goods to the Supplier for exchange.

For orders you made directly with the Supplier using Shop&Ship and Supermarket Shopping Services, you must first pay for the return or exchange fee and any return delivery charges before we can return the goods to the Supplier. We do not refund any Service fees paid to us for Shop&Ship and Supermarket Shopping Services.

An eligible return or exchange will be based upon the individual return/exchange policy of the Suppliers.

Should you need to return Goods over 10 kg and up to 25 kg weight or volumetric weight, there will be additional £15/week storage and processing fee. For over 25 kg, there will be £25/week storage and processing fees. It may take up to 3 working days for us to get Your package ready for return and we are not responsible for any delay.
