Who Can Use Send2Hub's Domestic UK Delivery Service

UK-based individual customers — UK residents who use Send2Hub to receive, store and forward parcels to a UK address. Standard identity verification applies at account setup.

UK-registered businesses — businesses with a registered UK address that have passed Send2Hub's business verification process. Domestic UK delivery is available to verified UK-registered businesses only.

Domestic UK delivery services are not available to businesses or individuals based outside the United Kingdom. If your business or home address is outside the UK, our international forwarding and returns management services are designed for you — please see below.

What Send2Hub Accepts — UK Senders Only

Send2Hub accepts parcels arriving at our Stoke-on-Trent warehouse from UK senders only — including UK retailers, UK suppliers and UK-based couriers. We are not able to accept parcels arriving from outside the United Kingdom. All goods registered to your account must have been dispatched from within the UK.

This keeps our service focused and efficient — and means every item that arrives at our warehouse is processed, photographed and registered to your account on the same day it arrives.
