Track Your Parcel — Send2Hub Carrier Tracking Links

This page provides direct links to the tracking pages of every carrier used by Send2Hub — both for parcels being delivered to our UK warehouse and for outbound international shipments dispatched from our warehouse. Your tracking number for any outbound shipment is available in your Send2Hub account dashboard once your shipment has been dispatched.

Outbound International Shipments — Tracking Links

Send2Hub ships internationally via six major carriers. Use the tracking link for the carrier shown on your outbound shipment confirmation in your account dashboard.

Royal Mail

Track Royal Mail shipments at royalmail.com/track-your-item. Enter your Royal Mail tracking number — typically beginning with two letters followed by numbers and ending in GB.

Parcelforce Worldwide

Track Parcelforce shipments at parcelforce.com/track-trace. Enter your Parcelforce tracking number — typically beginning with two letters followed by seven digits.

DHL Express

Track DHL shipments at dhl.com/gb-en/home/tracking. Enter your DHL waybill number — typically a 10-digit number.

FedEx

Track FedEx shipments at fedex.com/en-gb/tracking. Enter your FedEx tracking number — typically 12 or 15 digits.

UPS

Track UPS shipments at ups.com/track. Enter your UPS tracking number — typically beginning with 1Z followed by 16 alphanumeric characters.

DPD

Inbound UK Deliveries — Tracking Parcels to Our Warehouse

UK retailers may use a variety of domestic carriers to deliver your purchases to our Stoke-on-Trent warehouse. If you want to track an inbound parcel on its way to us, use the tracking link provided by the retailer in your order confirmation email. Common UK domestic carriers include:

Frequently Asked Questions — Tracking

Where do I find my tracking number?

Your outbound shipment tracking number is provided in your Send2Hub account dashboard as soon as your shipment has been dispatched. Log in to your account, navigate to your shipment history and find the tracking number for the relevant shipment. You will also receive an email notification with your tracking number when your shipment is dispatched.

How do I know which carrier was used for my shipment?

The carrier used for your shipment is shown in your Send2Hub account dashboard alongside your tracking number. It is also included in your shipment confirmation email. Select the corresponding tracking link above to monitor your parcel.

My tracking shows the parcel has arrived at the Send2Hub warehouse — what happens next?

Once a parcel arrives at our warehouse it is processed within 24 business hours. It will be photographed, weighed and measured automatically and registered to your account dashboard. You will receive a notification when it is ready. You can then request forwarding or add it to a consolidated shipment.

My outbound tracking has not updated for several days — what should I do?

International tracking updates can sometimes be delayed — particularly during customs clearance at the destination country, which may take several business days without a tracking update. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days or if you have concerns about your shipment, please contact our team and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Can I track a parcel on its way to the Send2Hub warehouse?

Yes — use the tracking number and link provided by the UK retailer in your order confirmation email. Send2Hub does not provide tracking for inbound parcels before they arrive at our warehouse — this is handled by the retailer's chosen carrier. Once your parcel arrives and is processed, it will appear automatically in your Send2Hub account dashboard.
