Send2Hub Pricing — Free UK Forwarding Plans and Rates
Send2Hub offers three plans designed for different forwarding needs — a free Individual plan for international shoppers, a free Business plan for companies selling on UK marketplaces, and a Premium plan for high-volume users who want maximum storage and shipping discounts. All plans include a personalised UK delivery address, free parcel registration, free parcel consolidation and access to six major international carriers. There are no sign-up fees and no minimum commitments on the free plans.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can UK residents register for the Individual plan?
No. The Individual plan is designed for private individuals based outside the United Kingdom. UK residents are not eligible for the Individual plan and must register a verified UK business account instead.
What does the Business Plan include?
The Business Plan is free to register and includes 45 days free storage and ecommerce returns handling. UK-based businesses must be registered with Companies House and hold a valid UK VAT number to access domestic UK reshipping and fulfilment. International businesses can use this plan for free storage, parcel consolidation and outbound international shipping.
What is included in the Premium Plan?
The Premium Plan costs £20 per month and includes 60 days free storage, up to 50% off shipping, rates from £2.40 per kg, and priority handling with no queue.
Are there any additional fees beyond the shipping cost?
No. The total cost of a standard Send2Hub forwarding service is calculated in our shipping calculator — what you see is what you pay. There are no hidden fees, no handling charges and no surcharges on standard orders. Additional charges apply only if you request optional services such as extra photography, special packaging or other non-standard handling. These are always agreed with you in advance before any charge is applied.
Will I be charged VAT?
If the address provided during the ordering process is outside of the United Kingdom, VAT will not be charged. If an address within the United Kingdom is provided, the order will be subject to VAT at the rate of 20%, added to the service fee.
