How long is the free storage period?
Free storage periods vary by plan: 30 days on the Individual plan, 45 days on the Business plan and 60 days on the Premium plan. Storage extension beyond the free period is available exclusively to verified UK-registered businesses at £5.00 per parcel. What is included when a parcel arrives at your warehouse?
Every item is automatically photographed, weighed and measured on arrival — the same day it arrives. One standard photo of the outer packaging appears in your real-time account dashboard immediately. Additional photos of contents are available as a paid add-on, requested directly from your item dashboard. There are no charges for registration, standard photography or consolidation.
