How It Works

Step 1 — Your UK supplier sends bulk to Send2Hub — your UK supplier or distributor ships your bulk order directly to your Send2Hub warehouse address. All goods must be dispatched from within the United Kingdom.

Step 2 — We receive, photograph and sort — your bulk delivery is received and registered to your account the same day. Individual orders within the bulk are sorted according to your instructions. Each item is photographed on arrival and visible in your real-time account dashboard immediately.

Step 3 — We distribute across the UK — sorted individual orders are dispatched to your UK customers via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, DHL, FedEx or DPD. You choose the carrier and service level. Important — Eligibility and Conditions

UK-registered businesses only. Domestic UK distribution to UK end-customers is available exclusively to businesses that are registered in the UK and hold a valid UK VAT number, following Send2Hub's verification process. Businesses based outside the United Kingdom are not eligible for domestic UK distribution services.

UK senders only. All bulk deliveries must be dispatched from within the United Kingdom. We cannot accept goods arriving from outside the UK under any circumstances — including goods sent directly from overseas suppliers, manufacturers or warehouses.

No. Send2Hub only accepts goods dispatched from within the United Kingdom. If your supplier is based outside the UK, goods must first be imported into the UK by a UK-based importer and dispatched from within the UK before they can be received at our warehouse.
