On your request, we scan your mail and email the contents directly to you, wherever you are in the world. The original hard copy can then be securely destroyed or held for physical forwarding at a later date.
How It Works

Your Send2Hub UK address is provided as a postal forwarding address only — for personal correspondence and business mail from private senders. It must not be used as a residential address, or provided to government, regulatory, legal or financial authorities as your address of record. This includes applications for official documents, financial products or any purpose requiring a verified personal or business address.
Send2Hub will not scan, forward or handle any official documents, government correspondence, financial statements or regulatory notices. Any such items received at our warehouse will be dealt with at our discretion and you may be required to cover any costs involved. What types of mail can be scanned and emailed?
We scan personal and business correspondence — letters, invoices, notifications and similar documents from private senders. We do not scan or forward official documents, government correspondence, regulatory notices or financial statements such as bank statements or credit card statements.
Can I use my Send2Hub address as my official business or personal address?
No. Your Send2Hub address is a postal forwarding address only. It must not be used as your registered address with any government, regulatory, legal or financial organisation, or for applications involving official documents, financial products or any purpose requiring a verified address of record.
What happens to the original after scanning?
