Black Friday 2026 UK Deals: How to Ship Them Globally
Black Friday 2026 UK Deals: How to Ship Them Globally
TL;DR: Black Friday 2026 is on Friday 27 November and Cyber Monday is on 30 November. Register your free Send2Hub UK address now, shop across UK retailers, then consolidate everything and ship once. Three 2026 customs changes matter: a flat €3 duty per item category for the EU, a new EU handling fee of €2 per item from 1 November, and no duty-free threshold for the USA. For a step-by-step method to combine deals from several stores, see The Black Friday UK Hack.
Black Friday 2026 falls on Friday 27 November, with Cyber Monday following on 30 November 2026. If you are an international shopper who wants UK deals this year, from fashion and electronics to homeware, beauty and gifts, now is the right time to prepare. The shoppers who get the most out of UK Black Friday are not the ones who start on the day. They are the ones who set up their UK address weeks in advance and arrive at the sales ready to buy.
Why UK Black Friday 2026 Is Worth Your Attention
The UK often has very competitive Black Friday pricing, particularly across fashion, electronics, home goods and British heritage brands. Many deals are not available outside the UK, either because retailers restrict international shipping or because UK pricing is lower than in your own market. That is why a UK delivery address is one of the biggest advantages an international shopper can have during Black Friday week. Browse UK retailers across every category in our UK Shopping Directory and start bookmarking your targets before the sales begin.
What Is New for International Shoppers in 2026
EU Customs Duty on Low-Value Parcels
If you are shipping your purchases to an EU destination, a flat customs duty of €3 per item category (HS code line) applies to parcels valued at €150 or below. It has been in force since 1 July 2026 and is due to run until 1 July 2028, so it applies to your Black Friday shipments. It comes on top of VAT. Consolidating helps with this duty because each category is charged once per shipment: if two separate parcels both contain clothing, each would be charged for that category, whereas in one combined shipment it is charged once. Use our customs duty estimator to check likely duty and VAT.
EU Handling Fee from 1 November 2026
From 1 November 2026, the EU adds a Union handling fee of €2 per item on goods sold at a distance to EU consumers from outside the EU. It was set by Commission Delegated Regulation C(2026) 6694 and comes on top of the €3 duty and VAT. Unlike the €3 duty, it applies whatever the value of the parcel, including shipments above €150. Sources differ on exactly how an item is counted, so do not assume that combining parcels reduces this fee, although consolidation still reduces your shipping cost.
Our customs duty estimator shows likely duty and VAT but does not include this fee, so add it separately when you work out your total cost. Royal Mail is gradually moving EU destinations to upfront payment of import charges. Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg already work this way when you ship with Royal Mail, and more countries are expected to follow. For other destinations, and with other carriers, import charges are not required upfront, so they may be collected from the recipient on delivery.
The same date also makes Product Identifiers mandatory on EU customs declarations. That is a data rule rather than a charge, explained in our guide to EU Product Identifiers.
USA: No Duty-Free Threshold
The $800 duty-free de minimis threshold has been suspended since August 2025, so all UK shipments to the USA are subject to import duties regardless of value. If you ship with Royal Mail, the estimated import charges are paid upfront together with your shipping cost. With other carriers they are not paid upfront, so they may be collected from the recipient on delivery. Read our USA forwarding guide before placing your orders.
Your Black Friday 2026 Timeline
Now: Register and Get Your UK Address
Register free, it takes under two minutes and your address is ready immediately. You do not need to wait until November, and having it now means you are ready if retailers open early access deals.
October: Browse, Bookmark and Check Your Costs
Identify your target items across different UK retailers, set price alerts where available, and use the customs estimator to check likely duty and VAT in advance, remembering to add the EU handling fee for EU destinations.
November: Shop Across Multiple UK Retailers
Use your Send2Hub address, with your unique unit number, at every checkout. Each parcel is photographed, weighed and measured on the day it arrives at our Stoke-on-Trent warehouse and appears in your dashboard. Our warehouse receives deliveries Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 GMT. If a retailer does not accept your international card, Shop & Ship can purchase on your behalf.
After Black Friday: Consolidate and Ship
Once all your parcels have arrived, consolidate them into one outbound shipment. Free storage is 30 days on Individual, 45 on Business and 60 on Premium. Learn more on our parcel consolidation page and compare rates across Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, DHL, FedEx and DPD with the shipping calculator.
Before You Buy: Electronics and Beauty Sets
Black Friday brings two categories that need a quick check. Laptops, phones and tablets can be forwarded but are restricted items, accepted without cover against loss or damage, so consider independent transit insurance for high-value pieces. Standalone batteries and power banks cannot be forwarded at all. Beauty gift sets often include perfume or aerosol products, which also cannot be forwarded. Check the prohibited and restricted items page before you order.

Save on the Shipping Too
Our own code, SEND2HUB2026, takes 5% off your shipping cost. It is valid through 31 December 2026 and can be used on up to 10 shipments, entered at checkout when you pay for shipping, which makes it a good fit for your Black Friday shipment. See our discount code guide for details.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Leaving your unique unit number out of the delivery name field is the most frequent issue. Ordering perfume sets, aerosols or power banks without checking is another easy trap. Assuming the EU €3 charge only starts later is a misunderstanding, it is already in force. Forgetting the €2 EU handling fee from 1 November is a newer one, it is not included in the customs estimator, so add it yourself, and do not assume consolidation reduces it. Shipping parcels one by one as they arrive instead of consolidating is the biggest missed saving on shipping. Leaving registration until the day of the sales is worth avoiding too.

Yes, three. EU destinations: a flat €3 duty per item category on parcels valued at €150 or below, in force since 1 July 2026, plus a Union handling fee of €2 per item from 1 November 2026 at any value.
