Parcels valued at €150 or below pay the €3 flat duty per item category, and from 1 November 2026 EU customs add a €2 handling fee per item. USA: there has been no duty-free threshold since August 2025, so phones are subject to import duty. With Royal Mail, estimated charges are paid upfront; with other carriers they may be collected on delivery.
